TIMELESS :
This package includes a non-denominational officiate who the two of you will have a consultation with prior to
your wedding day to go over your vows. You may choose the officiate to wear either a suit or a robe for the
ceremony. We also provide a professional sound system with microphone. Our songs are the traditional bridal
music for the seating of the guests prior to the ceremony, the Processional, which is when the bridal party walks
up the aisle, the Bridal March and the Recessional portion of the ceremony. You may choose to have us play
your favorite songs by providing us a CD with the songs on it. A romantic style Arch and center table are fully
decorated with beautiful silk flower arrangements coordinated to reflect your wedding theme. An 8 X 10 Wedding
Certificate signed by your officiate is included for framing. You have a choice of a Unity Candle or the Sand
Ceremony (you choose the color of sand) Included also in this package is a carpet for the bridal party to walk up
the aisle and a separate day rehearsal coordinator. And, 2 roses to hand to the mothers as a surprise during
the ceremony. Unity Candle and/or Sand Vase is yours to keep for lasting memories.

sight to behold as you walk up the aisle to face each other to become husband and wife on a bed of fresh rose
petals.
To add to the tropical appeal 6 foot tall tiki torches will adorn the aisle. For that personal touch a wedding
ceremony coordinator will greet your guests with beach accessories in welcome bags such as: fans, mints, sand
dollars and sundries that are handed to each guest prior to the ceremony (50 bags included in package). We
will direct your guests to the ocean’s edge after the ceremony and there your guests will throw the sand dollars
into the ocean, and make a special wish for the new couple (Enjoyed by Everyone)!!! A romantic style table will
be placed in the center of the canopy to place the vases for the sand ceremony on, (the sand ceremony

Formals and video of Reception, shot with only the finest equipment, with full coverage, Special FX, 2 songs of
your choice as background music for a total of 6 hours. ( 2 ) fully edited mastered DVD’s of and a custom DVD
case.
